TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMES
For our customers in Virginia and the District of Columbia, our Federal Express deliveries will usually arrive one business day after your package leaves our warehouse. New York and Florida residents can expect their packages 2 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. Below is a table that shows the approximate number of days for an order to be delivered. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you'd like us to hold your shipment for a more convenient delivery date.

Your wines are packaged using premium molded fiber wine shippers, specially designed for shock absorption during transit and are sustainably manufactured in both a socially and environmentally responsible way. These Vintner's Choice wine shippers are made from 99% post-consumer recycled materials.
Manufactured by the Western Pulp Products Company, the post–consumer paper used in our wine shippers is purchased directly, at fair market value, from charitable groups in Western's community. Since the 1960s, the Eugene Mission in Oregon has been the primary source of recycled newspaper for Western's molded fiber products. The Eugene Mission was founded in 1956 as a shelter for homeless men, women and children, offering food, clothing and work therapy.
Western is a strong advocate of proper recycling, recovery and handling of waste associated with packaging. Western designs its packaging components to minimize environmental impact in compliance with many agencies including:
- CONEG CERTIFICATION/MODEL TOXICS IN PACKAGING COMPLIANCE
- CALIFORNIA TOXICS IN PACKAGING PREVENTION ACT
- EUROPEAN UNION’S DIRECTIVE ON PACKAGING AND PACKAGING WASTE
- 2008 U.S. LACEY ACT AMENDMENTS
EXTREME HEAT OR COLD
The transit of your order is extremely important to us. We make the extra investment in our facilities to ensure that our wines are properly stored in ideal conditions. This can easily be negated through the shipping process if the wine is exposed to extreme heat or cold temperatures in transit. The majority of our wine shipments is delivered to our customers within one to two days after leaving our warehouse and arrives in perfect condition. However, on occasion, we may advise you to delay your shipment in periods of extreme heat or cold.
