What is your return policy?
If you find that any of the wines in your order have been damaged, please notify us immediately. If for any reason, you wish to return un-opened bottles to us, you may do so. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in either scenario and we will be happy to help you.
When will my order ship out?
All orders received by midnight, Sunday through Thursday, will be shipped out the following day. Any orders received by midnight on Friday and Saturday will be shipped out on Monday to avoid any unnecessary storage of your wines at a shipping facility. If you'd like us to hold your shipment, for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com.
Is shipping included in the price of the wine?
Shipping is not included in the price of the wine. However, our Current Specials always offers free shipping if you purchase the minimum number of bottles indicated in our emails. Also, we will periodically send emails with free shipping specials so keep an eye out for these limited-time offers.
Can you ship to my state?
We can only ship to the following states due to various state laws governing the direct shipment of wine to customers:

If you are not a resident of these states, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to see how we can deliver our wines to you. Also, check back periodically as we will continue to add states that open up to the direct shipment of wine.
What if there is no one available to sign for my delivery?
Unfortunately, federal law requires that an adult over the age of 21 must sign for the delivery of alcoholic beverages. A possible solution is to schedule your shipment for a Saturday delivery to your address. Please contact us at email@example.com to hold your package for Saturday delivery. Another option is to ship to your work address. However, please be sure to indicate your company name so that your package is not accidentally routed for home delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely, your personal information is safe and secure.
Swirl & Sip employs an SSL Certificate that protects the information submitted through our site. All personal information including names, addresses and credit cards are accepted through a secure, encrypted connection. Please note that credit card information is not stored on our site.
Do you charge sales tax on any items?
Swirl & Sip is required to collect 5% sales tax on all purchases made by Virginia residents. This will be automatically calculated into your total during the checkout process.
