Three Little Pigs

DC's Only Local Farm-to-Table Charcutier

Featured in ThrillistDaily Candy and Urban Daddy for its grand opening this year, Three Little Pigs is DC’s premier charcuterie and salumi shop.  Starting with whole animals to create their delicacies, everything is sourced locally, all the way down to the salt.  With experience from Bouchon, Restaurant Nora and Mie n Yu, husband-and-wife team Jason and Carolina are no strangers to wine.  The couple met in wine class at the Culinary Institute of America, and Jason is only one level away from becoming a certified sommelier.  His passion for wine inspired the incorporation of Swirl & Sip wines into his masterpieces that we’ll be featuring at the event.

Sapore Oil & Vinegar

DC's First Oil & Vinegar Tasting Room

Featured in Daily Candy as DC’s first oil & vinegar tasting room, Sapore Oil & Vinegar sources some of the best olive oils and balsamic vinegars.  Many of the selections are certified organic from esteemed wine-growing regions such as Sonoma County, California.  Others are from some of the best certified olive oil producers from Spain and Italy.  Owner Renee Farr will be introducing you to whole-stuffed green olives, made from a special marinade that incorporates the highly rated “Golden Wine” – our 2009 Tenuta di Pietra Frasacti. 

Love black olives?  Not to worry, you’ll have a chance to taste a delicious black-olive tapenade to pair with two of our bright and red-fruit focused wines.
